Anne was born on August 28th, 1970, in Bristol, CT to Mary Elizabeth Silvia and Vincent Joseph Silvia. Anne was the youngest of eight children.
She had many passions, including sky diving, scuba diving, travel and most importantly time with family. Family was truly most important to her.
Anne spent most of her career in the computer field under various technical positions. She spent her last ten years working at the National Security Agency (NSA) as a Digital Network Exploit Analyst.
She suffered a hemorrhagic stroke on April 12, 2019, caused by a ruptured Arteriovenous Malformation (AVM). She survived 14 months and attempted intense rehabilitation, however the damage to her brain stem was too severe and she was left mostly disabled.
She is survived by her husband of 18 years, Darrell Lee Fuller and her two sons: Dallas Hale Fuller and Dalton Lee Fuller.
Anne was preceded in death by her parents and brother Thomas V. Silvia.
Anne was a fantastic Mother and Wife. She was also the Best Friend a person could have.
She will forever be missed by those who knew and loved her.
